Why partner with VEXO

Agent benefits, explained.

Understand what the programme offers and how each benefit supports your approved role.

01

Your own Agent Portal access

Approved agents receive their own login to the VEXO Agent Portal. Manage customer relationships and orders, create rate confirmations and invoices, and follow shipment and invoice status from one place.

What this means for you

Keep your shipment paperwork and follow-ups organized with access for your approved role.

02

Guided training video access

Get access to step-by-step video walkthroughs for orders, rate confirmations, dispatch updates, invoices and everyday portal tasks. VEXO provides a private training link with narration, captions and chapters.

What this means for you

Learn at your own pace, revisit a feature when needed and get started with a clear workflow.

03

Discuss a structure that fits your experience

The 25% and 30% figures below are examples, not fixed offers or a limit on what we can discuss. We consider your experience, book of business and proposed responsibilities when discussing compensation.

What this means for you

Bring your experience and goals to the conversation so we can discuss the scope and an appropriate arrangement.

04

Keep your focus on customer growth

Your commercial role centres on approved sales, lead generation and customer development. VEXO retains final pricing, shipment acceptance and brokerage operating authority under the agreement.

What this means for you

Spend your customer conversations learning the lanes, service priorities and opportunities that matter.

05

Billing and collections handled by VEXO

VEXO retains responsibility for billing, collections and payment functions. You supply accurate account and shipment information and assist with questions through the agreed process.

What this means for you

A defined accounting handoff instead of independently collecting customer money.

06

Carrier onboarding and selection support

Carrier onboarding, selection and broker-carrier contracting sit with VEXO. Provide the cargo details and timing needed for the operations team to assess a suitable provider.

What this means for you

A clear operational contact for turning an approved customer opportunity into a transportation plan.

07

Credit and pricing decisions in one place

VEXO reviews customer credit and makes final pricing and acceptance decisions. Submit a complete opportunity so commercial questions can be resolved before commitments are made.

What this means for you

An established approval path for customer proposals, credit requests and shipment scope.

08

Monthly commission statements

The agreement provides monthly statements for earned commissions, with the supporting shipment and financial information described in its terms. Raise a specific discrepancy through the statement-review process.

What this means for you

Visibility into eligible earnings and a documented way to resolve questions.

09

Documented account attribution

Use the customer-registration process to establish approved accounts and attribution. Customer acceptance remains subject to credit, conflict and compliance review.

What this means for you

Clarify the commercial relationship before investing in an account or shared opportunity.

10

A defined escalation path

VEXO retains dispatch authority, claims management, compliance and financial controls. Agree the relevant contacts and how you will support the customer when a shipment changes.

What this means for you

Know who owns the next decision and what information they need from you.

Understand your potential commission

Run the numbers.

Use this calculator to explore one example of a commission structure. It uses eligible monthly Net Profit after relevant shipment costs and adjustments, rather than total customer freight spend. These example rates and thresholds do not determine your offer.

  • Example only: USD $500 or less uses a 25% commission rate.
  • Example only: more than USD $500 uses a 30% commission rate across the eligible monthly amount.
  • Actual rates, thresholds and payment conditions are discussed individually and recorded in your agreement.

For example, USD $400 yields USD $100 at 25%. USD $1,000 yields USD $300 at 30%. These are illustrations, not offers or earnings forecasts. For an established book of business or relevant experience, contact us to discuss a suitable structure. Salaried roles are considered separately.

Example rate: 30%

$300.00

Illustrative commission

Illustration only, not a fixed rate or commission ceiling. Actual compensation depends on your agreed role and written terms.

02

Discuss responsibilities, customer registration, commission terms, communication and the support you need.

03

Review and execute the agreement through the agreed process, then provide required business and tax documents using the requested channel.

04

Confirm account attribution and contacts before acting for VEXO. Supply complete shipment information and follow the agreed approval process.

What to have ready

Your location, relevant experience, target industries, typical lanes, expected opportunities and preferred working arrangement. Do not submit customer secrets, tax identifiers, banking details or documents belonging to another company in the initial enquiry.

Before you apply

Your questions, answered.

Can we discuss a different commission arrangement?

Yes. The 25% and 30% figures are examples, not a fixed offer or a commission ceiling. If you bring an established book of business or relevant experience, contact sales@vexologistics.com. We will discuss your experience, the business potential, support needs and proposed scope before agreeing compensation in writing. Do not send confidential customer lists in your initial enquiry.

What benefits does an agent receive?

For commission-based agents, the programme includes your own Agent Portal login, an agreed compensation structure, statements and a defined handoff to VEXO for credit approval, final pricing, carrier onboarding, dispatch authority, billing and collections. Available support and responsibilities depend on the role and your written agreement.

Are commissions based on the customer’s total freight bill?

The calculator illustrates commission on eligible positive Net Profit after shipment costs and adjustments, rather than the total customer freight bill. Your own commission basis, rate, eligibility and payment conditions must be agreed in writing. The calculator does not apply to salary arrangements.

When is commission paid?

Payment timing, statement frequency, customer collection conditions and adjustments will be explained and agreed in writing for your role before you begin. The examples on this page do not set your payment terms.

Can I bring an existing customer relationship?

Describe your experience and proposed market without sending a confidential customer list. Customer registration, attribution and acceptance must be reviewed before you act for VEXO. Respect your existing contractual and confidentiality obligations.

Can I work remotely or from another country?

Tell us your location and preferred working arrangement. Approved activities, jurisdiction, access and any location-specific requirements must be agreed before you begin. Remote work and eligibility in every country are not automatic.

Will I have portal, TMS or load-board access?

Approved agents receive their own VEXO Agent Portal login for rate confirmations, invoices, shipment records and invoice sending status. Access is activated during onboarding for your approved role. Any separate TMS or load-board subscriptions, permissions and charges are confirmed individually.

Is this employment or a salaried position?

VEXO has both salaried team members and commission-based agents. Tell us which arrangement you are interested in. We will discuss the available scope based on your experience and business needs. This page does not promise a particular vacancy, salary, commission rate or offer.

Can a new agent apply?

Yes, you can enquire and describe your experience. Experience, market fit, approved responsibilities and support needs will be discussed before acceptance. A training programme, immediate approval or a particular start date is not guaranteed.
