For new signing actions, your browser may contact Cloudflare to verify its connection IP. Signing records include your IP address, approximate IP-based city/region/country when available, and timestamps. These appear in the agreement sent to both parties. IP location is not GPS and may reflect a VPN or proxy.
I reviewed the agreement and September 19, 2026 terms linked above. I am authorised to bind this company, acknowledge the payment, liability, claims and dispute provisions, intend my typed name and initials as my electronic signature, and consent to electronic records and email delivery to the addresses entered. Confirm your signature using the link emailed to you. VEXO then reviews and countersigns. Both parties receive the final signed agreement and September terms only after countersignature. All documents you upload, including insurance, tax and factoring documents, will also be attached to the final email sent to your signer and contract-delivery addresses and VEXO. Check that these email addresses are authorised to receive your documents. Submission does not itself approve credit, carrier qualification or a shipment.
