OUR STORY.
OUR PEOPLE.

Where our story begins

EXPERIENCE
THAT SHAPES
HOW WE WORK.

Behind every shipment is a commitment to a customer, a business, and the people depending on its arrival.

VEXO Logistics was founded on a family background in transportation, with 35+ years of combined industry experience across trucking, carrier operations, dispatch, and freight coordination.

That background gives us a practical understanding of both sides of the move. Shippers need their requirements understood and their freight followed through. Carriers need accurate information, realistic expectations, and respect for their time.

We created VEXO around those responsibilities: listen carefully, communicate clearly, and stay engaged from pickup through delivery.

Our people

GOOD WORK
STARTS WITH
GOOD PEOPLE.

Different responsibilities.
One shared commitment.

Freight moves through many hands. The quality of the handoff matters at every step. Our approach brings customer conversations, carrier coordination, and shipment follow-through into a connected way of working.

We value people who ask the extra question, share what they know, and take responsibility for the next step. People who treat a driver’s time with the same care as a customer’s deadline.

How we work together

THE HUMAN SIDE
OF EVERY SHIPMENT.

Good coordination depends on people who listen, keep each other informed, and follow through.

01 / COMMUNICATION

Listen first.
Get the details right.

We start with the questions that affect the move: the freight, the equipment, the appointments, and the handling requirements. Clear information gives everyone a better starting point.

02 / COLLABORATION

Share the context.
Work through it together.

A useful update tells the next person what has changed and what needs attention. We value teamwork that makes the handoff clearer and helps a shipment move forward.

03 / ACCOUNTABILITY

Stay involved.
Carry the commitment through.

When a shipment needs attention, we stay in the conversation. We communicate what is known, work with the people involved, and follow up on the next agreed action.

Our values in practice

TRUST IS EARNED
IN THE EVERYDAY.

Our values matter most in the ordinary decisions: what we promise, what we communicate, and how we respond when plans change.

01

Integrity.

Be clear. Be honest. Be consistent.

We believe people deserve an accurate picture. That means setting realistic expectations, being upfront about limitations, and communicating problems while there is still time to respond.

02

Ownership.

Take responsibility for the next step.

We approach a commitment as something to follow through. We ask questions, address issues with the people involved, and keep the next action clear rather than leave someone guessing.

03

Respect.

Value the people behind the freight.

Shippers, drivers, carriers, and colleagues all have responsibilities to meet. We value their time, listen to their concerns, and work with realistic schedules and safe operating practices.

04

Teamwork.

Share information. Support the outcome.

Good teamwork makes the whole process clearer. We encourage questions, useful feedback, and knowledge sharing so the next handoff is stronger and the next decision is better informed.

A culture of responsibility

EVERY SHIPMENT
MATTERS.
EVERY RELATIONSHIP
COUNTS.

We want people to feel comfortable asking a question, raising a concern, or pointing out a better way to work. That openness helps us catch gaps, learn from experience, and treat each shipment with the attention it deserves.

Our aim is to build relationships that last because the day-to-day work gives people a reason to come back.

The meaning behind our name

THREE PRINCIPLES.
ONE WAY OF WORKING.

Velocity. Execution. Operations.
Each has a role in how we approach the work.

V / 01

Velocity

Move with purpose.

Respond promptly. Gather the right details early. Communicate changes while there is time to act. Keep decisions moving with sound judgment and realistic transit expectations.

E / 02

Execution

Follow through on commitments.

Turn shipment requirements into coordinated action. Confirm instructions, follow progress, and remain engaged through delivery. When plans change, work toward a practical next step.

O / 03

Operations

Give every detail its place.

Bring structure to equipment requirements, appointments, carrier coordination, documents, and updates. Careful preparation supports clearer decisions throughout the shipment.
